A sudden amplification Cyl 4 & 1 when the machine running at 550 RPM and Vibrations ~ 0.8 ips pk and vibrations down to ~ 0.6 ips pk with rpm at 450 rpm.

The vibration spectrum review shows a amplification at 4X vibration when the machine running at 550 RPM due to cylinder resonance.

Once the customer took corrective action to by adding a stiffener at discharge bottle support, this significantly lowered the vibration level when the machine running at 550 RPM & maximum load

Once the discharge volume bottles support stiffener were implemented and issues were resolved and the cylinder 1 vibration returned to normal at 550 RPM.

Spectrum on the right shows reduced energy levels at 4x on cylinder 1 when the machine is running at 550 RPM. This is a clear indicator of lowered cylinder 1 vibration, thereby improving the useful life.
